Refund & Returns Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy. 

Overview

Our refund and returns policy last 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, with all original tags and labels attached. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. For example, goods purchased with a discount code or during a sales promo would not be available for refund.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where no refunds are considered:

  • Items with obvious signs of use
  • An item that has been opened and tampered with.
  • An item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • An item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please email customer service at Zippykiddies@gmail.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) Number. After receiving an RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include proof of purchase, then mail your return to the address sent to you through the admin email. 

Please note that you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. Therefore, we strongly recommend using a trackable method to mail your return. 

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, your refund or exchange will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain amount of days.

Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your refund or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your bank statement, depending on your bank and country. We will notify you via email once your return is processed. 

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first recheck your bank account.

Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

SALE ITEMS

Only regular-priced items will be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

EXCHANGES

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {Zippykiddies@gmail.com}.

SHIPPING COSTS

You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. However, we don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
